VISA Information

A valid passport is required to enter Japan. All participants from countries that are not under visa waiver program are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. If you are uncertain about your visa requirement please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy / Consulate or visit the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. （ http://www.mofa.go.jp/index.html ）

The congress will provide the supplemental documents for visa application for all participants and their accompanying persons for AONTS 2010. Please see below for the instruction to obtain the documents.

Those who require the visa documents are requested to register the congress in advance, so the congress will be their reference during their stay in Japan.

Please complete the Pre-Registration Form and VISA Application Form, and return them to the congress coordinator by email (aons-office@umin.ne.jp) or by fax (+81-3-5289-8117).

Once the registration is confirmed, the supplemental documents will be produced, and the original will be sent to you by courier.

NOTE:

We will not be able to process visa documents without the registration to the congress.

Please make sure to complete in the separate Visa Application form for each accompanying persons.

To avoid any mistakes on the documents please complete your application as clear as possible. (Type will be recommended)

Please submit your registration and visa application early as it takes some time for the visa application to be approved. In order to produce many documents, please kindly understand that we will not respond for the urgent requests.

The deadline for cancellation is February 4, 2010. There will not be any refund for the cancellation made after the deadline.

The process fee of JPY 3,000 will be charged for your cancellation.

The written cancellation request by fax or email are required. The cancellation will not be complete without the written notice from the congress secretariat.

All refunds will be processed after the congress.
