Hotel reservations are accepted upon payment
made by valid credit card (Visa or Master). Reservations cannot
be accepted without the required payment.

| Cancellation Policy |
|
The hotel reservation cancellation deadline
is February 4, 2010. Cancelation after this
date will require the cancelation fee of one night room charge.

via by fax or e-mail to the congress coordinator. The cancellation
will not be complete without the written notice from the congress
coordinator.
